We’re recruiting for a QA Automation Engineer to join a Sydney-based software company with a collaborative product and engineering environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys backend-focused testing, API automation, and getting into the technical detail of how systems work. It’s not a purely manual QA role, they’re looking for someone who can work across both automation and technical manual testing, and who is comfortable reading code, preparing test data, and working closely with engineering and product stakeholders.

Key skills we’re looking for:

• QA Automation experience in a SaaS / software product environment
• C# / .NET
• NUnit
• Playwright
• API testing
• backend / integration-heavy testing
• Agile delivery experience

The right person will be:

• technically curious
• proactive and collaborative
• comfortable asking questions and digging deeper
• interested in quality beyond just raising bugs
